These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online store
By placing an order through our online store, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions.
1. General
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, purchases and agreements concluded through our online store.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions when necessary. The version applicable to an order is the version available on the website at the time the order is placed.
2. Products and Information
We make every reasonable effort to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Product images are for illustrative purposes and minor differences in colour, appearance, dimensions or finish may occur.
Obvious errors or mistakes in product descriptions, prices or other information do not bind us.
All products are offered subject to availability.
3. Prices
All prices displayed on our online store are expressed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Any additional delivery or shipping costs will be clearly communicated before the customer confirms the order.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. However, products will be invoiced at the price applicable at the moment the order is placed.
4. Orders
An order is considered final once the customer has completed the ordering process and received an order confirmation from us.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing or product error, suspected fraud, payment problems or unavailability of the ordered product.
If an order cannot be fulfilled after payment has already been received, the customer will be informed and the relevant amount will be refunded.
5. Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered during checkout.
The customer is responsible for providing correct and complete payment and billing information.
The order may only be processed or shipped after successful receipt or confirmation of payment.
6. Delivery
Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer during checkout.
Any stated delivery times are estimates unless explicitly agreed otherwise. We make reasonable efforts to dispatch and deliver orders within the indicated timeframe.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. Additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information may be charged to the customer.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers purchasing products online generally have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days without providing a reason.
For the purchase of goods, this withdrawal period starts on the day the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, receives the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform us of their decision by means of a clear statement sent to:

The consumer may also use the statutory model withdrawal form, where applicable.
After notifying us of the withdrawal, the goods must be returned within the legally applicable period.
Unless otherwise stated, the direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer.
Returned products should be handled only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. The consumer may be held responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose.
Following a valid withdrawal, payments received for the relevant purchase, including standard delivery costs where legally required, will be refunded in accordance with applicable Belgian consumer law. Additional delivery costs resulting from the customer's choice of a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery option are not required to be refunded.
The refund may be withheld until we have received the returned goods or until the consumer has provided proof of return, whichever occurs first.
8. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may not apply in certain situations provided for by Belgian and European consumer law, including, where applicable:
- goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised;
- sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery;
- goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- other products or services for which the right of withdrawal is legally excluded.
Where an exception applies, this will be communicated to the customer where required.
9. Legal Guarantee
Consumers benefit from the statutory legal guarantee provided under Belgian law.
For new consumer goods, the legal guarantee generally applies for two years from delivery. This legal guarantee cannot be restricted by these General Terms and Conditions.
If a product does not conform to the agreement, the consumer should contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide proof of purchase.
Depending on the circumstances and the applicable legal requirements, the consumer may be entitled to repair or replacement free of charge or, where the legal conditions are met, an appropriate price reduction or termination of the sales agreement.
Any additional manufacturer's or commercial warranty is supplementary and does not affect the consumer's statutory rights.
10. Returns Due to Damage or Incorrect Delivery
Customers are requested to inspect their order upon receipt.
If a product has been damaged during transport or an incorrect product has been delivered, please contact us as soon as possible via Kevinpanhuyzen@outlook.com preferably including the order number and photographs of the product and packaging.
This provision does not limit the customer's statutory rights.
11. Liability
We are responsible for the proper performance of our obligations in accordance with applicable Belgian law.
To the extent permitted by law, we cannot be held liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of products purchased through our online store.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
The customer is responsible for using products in accordance with their intended purpose and any instructions or safety information supplied with them.
12. Force Majeure
We cannot be held liable for delays or failure to perform our obligations where this is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, government measures, technical failures or other events of force majeure.
13. Intellectual Property
All content available through our online store, including texts, photographs, graphics, logos, designs and other materials, may be protected by intellectual property rights.
Such content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the relevant rights holder.
14. Privacy and Personal Data
Personal data collected through our online store will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

16. Applicable Law and Disputes
These General Terms and Conditions and all agreements concluded through our online store are governed by Belgian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply.
Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with applicable law.
Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory rights granted to consumers under Belgian or European law.
